How or burn belly fat?

A good rule of thumb to burn belly fat is to eat only food that is raw and as natural as possible. Also, there are other tips that will help you very good at getting a flat stomach:
1. Avoid all junk foods and processed foods such as:
·         Cookies
·         Potato chips
·         Desserts
·         Fried foods
·         Fatty sauces
·         Chocolate
·         Candy
·         Cake
·         Ice
2. Eat only foods from the following groups:
·         Vegetables (as much as you want, especially leafy greens)
·         Fruit (two to three units a day)
·         Fish such as herring, mackerel, tuna, sardines and salmon
·         Eggs (omega 3 eggs are best)
·         Grass-fed meat (beef which has freely graze and no so-called "concentrates" has gotten such as corn and cereals)
·         Nuts, kernels and seeds
·         Healthy natural oils, such as olive oil, coconut oil and linseed oil
·         Slow carbs such as quinoa, sweet potatoes, oatmeal and legumes
3. Drink at least two liters of water per day:
Having a sufficient water (8-10 glasses) per day helps in increasing your metabolism, which further helps to burn abdominal fat.
Water is also one of the best natural appetite suppressant. You can by drinking a glass of water before meals reduce appetite, which in turn leads to weight loss.
4. Sports
This may be an endurance sport such as running, cycling, swimming. You rather stay inside than you can use an exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine or treadmill. Do one of these two things, or three times a week and 30 to 45 minutes long.
Are you in good shape and want faster burn belly fat, then you can do interval training. This is more intense than cardio, but you can burn more belly fat in less time.
5. Get enough sleep:
Short of sleep will make you fat. That's because your body to sleep briefly moisture will store as fat. Also missing your body energy during the day and will compensate by desire for more food. So the chance that you eat too much bigger. So make sure you take at least eight hours of sleep per night.
6. Eat three times:
Previously it was believed that if you continue to eat throughout the day, digestion also must stay busy all day. That is of course true, but that does not mean you therefore burn more calories.
So try to have a good breakfast, healthy lunch and make an evening meal with little fast carbohydrates. If you crave less for snacks in between and this will help you to burn belly fat.
7. Visualize:
Whatever you want to achieve in your life, you will get it sooner if you visualize this. So if you want a tight and flat stomach, then imagine every day for how you want your belly looks like and more importantly, how you would feel.
By this thinking alone, your body will automatically help out more and you will also notice that you are motivated you to continue to burn belly fat.
